Job Description:
As a Cloakroom Attendant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable night out. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Greeting guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
* Collecting and securely storing coats and personal items.
* Providing excellent customer service, including assisting guests with any questions or special requests.
* Maintaining the cloakroom area in an organized and tidy manner.
* Handling transactions
* Adhering to lost property procedures and cloakroom policies
* Ensuring safe return of items to their rightful owners.
Qualifications:
* Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanour.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
* Ability to transactions accurately.
* Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
* Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.
Schedule:
This is a part-time position with evening and weekend availability required.
