Job Description
As the Recruitment Manager, you will lead a small team of Recruitment Advisors and get involved in both operational and strategic priorities, along with:
3. Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
4. Drive & lead on organisational-wide projects.
5. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
6. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
7. Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and employment legislation.
8. Oversee job advertisements and ensure they align with organisational standards.
9. Support diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process.
10. Manage candidate communication and provide an excellent candidate experience.
11. Analyse recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Recruitment Manager should have:
12. Proven expertise in recruitment within the not-for-profit sector or similar environment.
13. Strong understanding of employment legislation and best practices in recruitment.
14. Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
15. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders.
16. Proficiency in using recruitment systems and tools effectively.
17. A results-oriented approach with a focus on achieving organisational goals.
