Job Description
The successful candidate will provide risk management support and guidance across the business, building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and employees.
You will need to demonstrate specialist knowledge and understanding of risk management principles and practices, as well as the ability to constructively challenge existing ways of working.
Main Responsibilities
* Support the development and delivery of department strategies, initiatives, and continuous improvement programmes.
* Provide support and guidance to management teams in creating and reviewing risk assessments.
* Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to provide effective and efficient close out of actions and recommendations.
Requirements
We are looking for a proven risk management professional with experience of working in a similar role, including carrying out internal and external audits.
A good working knowledge of IT systems, including standard MS Office products, is essential.
