Job Description
Personal Injury Solicitors – Catastrophic Injury & Multi-Track Litigation
Manchester City Centre | Hybrid Working | Salary up to £65,000 DOE
1+ PQE to Senior Associate
We are instructed by a number of highly regarded Manchester city centre law firms who are continuing to expand their personal injury and defendant litigation practices. Owing to sustained growth and an increase in high-quality instructions, several opportunities have arisen for ambitious solicitors seeking exposure to complex, high-value and often high-profile work.
These roles sit within market-leading teams and offer genuine variety, close Partner support and clear, structured progression.
Three fantastic opportunities offering great work and progression
Catastrophic Injury – High-Value Complex Claims
An opportunity to join one of the North West’s most respected catastrophic injury teams, working closely with a leading Partner on seven-figure RTA and EL/PL claims. The work is technically demanding and quantum-heavy, involving strategic case management and complex litigation. Candidates with a strong grounding in motor or EL/PL work and excellent academics will be particularly well suited.
Police, Emergency Services & Public Sector Defence
This nationally recognised team acts for police forces and emergency services in sensitive, complex and often high-profile litigation. Matters include misfeasance in public office, malicious prosecution, false imprisonment and Human Rights Act claims. An excellent option for solicitors seeking intellectually challenging work with genuine public interest significance.
Multi-Track RTA – Career Progression Role
Ideal for solicitors looking to step away from volume work and into higher-value, litigated motor claims. You will manage your own caseload of multi-track matters, supported by a highly regarded Partner, with a clear pathway to Senior Associate level.
Ideal candidate background
Applications are welcomed from solicitors with 1+ PQE, including those approaching qualification. You are likely to demonstrate:
* Experience in RTA, EL/PL or related personal injury litigation
* Exposure to fast-track and/or multi-track cases
* Strong technical ability and attention to detail
* Excellent academics and commercial awareness
* Ambition to progress within a high-performing, collaborative team
