Job Description
3. Develop and maintain the operational risk management framework.
4. Identify, assess, and monitor risks across the organisation.
5. Provide guidance and support to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to implement risk mitigation strategies.
7. Prepare and present risk reports to senior stakeholders.
8. Conduct regular risk assessments and reviews of processes and controls.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Operational Risk Manager should have:
11. Previous experience in operational risk management within the public sector or a related industry.
12. Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
13. Proficiency in developing and implementing risk management frameworks.

15. Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
