Key Responsibilities
* Provide first-line support for SAP B1 users, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently
* Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions
* Assist with SQL queries and database management
* Support SAP HANA environments, ensuring system performance and reliability
* Utilise Crystal Reports to create and modify reports
Key Requirements
* Experience providing first-line support for SAP B1
* Previous experience working with an SAP B1 Partner
* Strong understanding of SQL and HANA databases
* Hands-on experience with Crystal Reports, DTW, and Boyum B1UP and Print & Delivery
* Knowledge of BPA is required
* Sharperlight is desirable
* Experience supporting Produmex WMS and Scan is advantageous
Salary
Our client is offering a salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (depending on experience) + benefits.
Location
This is a fully home-based role with no requirement to travel.
