What You’ll Need:
* Hands on experience in a leadership role within the care sector
* Full UK Driving licence and your own vehicle
* To be currently living in the Eastbourne & Wealden area
What You’ll Receive:
* Salary up to £30,000 per annum

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Conducting regular field supervisions of healthcare assistants
* Mentoring new care assistants in the field and assisting in the monitoring of quality control
* Completing care plans in accordance with company policies and care standards
* Carrying out customer assessments prior to commencement of care services as required in the absence of the Care Manager
* Taking part in the emergency on-call schedule on a rotational basis
* Working closely with coordinators, care manager, customers, care assistants and external third-party stakeholders
