Benefits of the Production Engineer:
40 Hours Per Week.
No weekend work.
08.00 Starts.
Monday to Friday.
Up to £35,000 Per Annum.
25 Days annual holiday plus Bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities of the Production Engineer:
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
Measure, cut, and shape sheet metal to precise dimensions using hand tools, power tools, and machines such as shears, brakes, and presses.
Fabricate and assemble sheet metal components and products according to design specifications.
Install fabricated products such as ductwork, roofing, siding, and ventilation systems.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Conduct repairs or modifications to sheet metal products as needed.
Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members and contractors to coordinate project tasks effectively.
Keep accurate records of materials used, hours worked, and tasks completed.
Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and technologies related to sheet metal work.
Additional Information for the Production Engineer:
Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Worker or similar role within production.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Basic math skills for calculations and measurements.
