Our client is looking for 2 Account Manager’s to become part of their fast growing sales team, with the potential for future growth within the company and career opportunities. About the role: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to drive revenue growth Make outbound phone calls to prospects to set appointments Generate new business through other outbound strategies and manage the sales process Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and potential new clients to generate new business opportunities Populate and track data in a CRM to manage the sales pipeline Provide regular reports and updates to the senior management team on sales activities and sales pipeline based on monthly KPIs The ideal candidate: Driven and motivated No sales experience is required Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders Have a full UK driving license What You’ll Get: £30,000 basic salary £10,000 OTE with commission Opportunity for growth within the company Potential to double or triple earnings in year 3 depending on performance 20 days annual leave, annual holiday increases based on time at the company Pension scheme Comprehensive training provided to improve skills Opportunity to work in a relaxed and friendly office environment Opportunity to work with large corporate clients across the UK This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
