Responsibilities
1. Be a champion of brand standards
2. Prepare everything needed before a busy shift
3. Cook to specifications and work with recipes
No experience is necessary as we will teach you everything! If you're willing to learn and proud to work with us, we can show you what it takes to become a vital team member in any kitchen.
You will take on a full-time role in the kitchen under the supervision of passionate chefs, alongside your training. You will gain a Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship and support the running of our kitchens, creating memorable moments and ensuring quality for our guests.
What your apprenticeship includes
* Face-to-face and Skype/phone catch-ups every 4-6 weeks
* On and off-the-job training, including workshops and webinars
* Reviews every 12 weeks with your Apprentice mentor, Line Manager, and Trainer
* Feedback sessions to discuss progress
* Functional Skills in English and Maths (if you don't already have GCSEs or equivalents)
* 30 hours paid work weekly

Wage
* £8.60 per hour for 16-20-year-olds
* £11.44 per hour for 21+ year-olds
Work towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months with Mitchells and Butlers.
