As a Marketing Manager (Client), you’ll help clients promote their programs using email, print, SMS, social media, and web content. You’ll manage a portfolio of clients and focus on driving engagement and program success. Your goal is to boost participation in promotional campaigns run through the 360insights platform.
What you will be doing:
1. Proactively lead strategy and execution of creative marketing solutions to client business challenges through the application of marketing industry best practices to support promotional program success.
2. Prepare best practice marketing campaign recommendations based on defined audiences, challenges and objectives.
3. Contribute to the profitability of assigned accounts and related projects and ensure execution of projects is consistent with 360insights account strategy.
4. Develop proposals, POVs and Marketing Strategy & Project recommendations.
5. Collaborate with Program Managers and Strategic Account Managers to present marketing proposals to support their client account plans.
6. Develop & present marketing project budgets for internal & client approval.
7. Work with internal stakeholders and clients to define success measurements of marketing communications.
8. Provide marketing and persona insights to the product and development teams as required to lend thought leadership on audience’s experience use cases, brand requirements marketing best practices to drive increased product awareness and engagement.
9. Contribute thought leadership to sales and client growth teams when they are tasked with presenting program marketing strategies to drive program success.
10. Develop and maintain knowledge of client's business, marketing programs, brands, competitors, strategies, etc.
11. Provide mentorship to junior members of the Program Engagement team.
12. Project manage program marketing execution working with in-house Creative Services and external vendors, from Brief to Delivery and Reporting.
13. Collaborate when needed with the Digital Production and Insights teams to provide marketing campaign performance reports.
14. Development of Creative Briefs, Presentations / Recommendations, Workback Schedules, Project Status Reports as required.
15. Participate in select client’s EBR meetings to present marketing metrics and recommendations designed to grow the client’s business with 360insights.
What you will bring:
16. 3 to 5 years within marketing either on Corporate or Agency environments.
17. Proven experience managing Client relationships in a marketing capacity.
18. Experience planning and executing email marketing campaigns using a email marketing platform. MailChimp, Hubspot, Marketing Cloud or DotDigital
19. Collaborative thinker who involves multiple stakeholders when developing a strategy.
20. Must have the ability to proactively lead strategy and present to clients and internal stakeholders based on facts and best practice.
21. Experience with survey design, administration, and measurement is a plus
22. Results’ driven and understands digital metrics as it relates to CRM, loyalty, engagement and Google Analytics.
23. Advanced MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint.
24. Experience pricing marketing efforts across all marketing media, including digital, video and print.
25. Basic understanding of Adobe Suite products and appreciation for Creative & Production timelines and processes.
26. Understanding and experience in data-driven marketing.
