This rapidly expanding company is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to lead and deliver a range of approved marketing and business development initiatives within their real estate consultancy. The role involves managing multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring they align with their growth objectives.
The role will suit someone with a strong bid experience.
Responsibilities
* Maintain and update CRM data to support business development and client management, promoting internal data ownership.
* Build and manage a library of reusable proposal and presentation materials.
* Support the BD Manager with proposals, pitches, and bid process improvements.
* Coordinate and edit proposal inputs from multiple stakeholders to meet deadlines.
* Assist in preparing pitch teams for presentations and interviews.
* Develop an internal network of subject matter experts and encourage their active contribution.
Qualifications
* Business development and bid experience in a similar role, ideally within the real estate industry.
