Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Oakham for a Customer Service Apprentice. The Customer Service Apprentice will assist with handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of phone etiquette. The apprentice will also be responsible for gathering customer feedback to enhance the overall customer experience.
