Opportunity
A unique opportunity to be part of a recession‑proof and phenomenally profitable HR consultancy sector. The role allows a seasoned HR professional or director to transition from employment to owning a franchise consultancy under the Our HR People national brand.
Responsibilities
• Build and manage your own HR consultancy business. • Develop and expand a client network, prioritising clients’ needs. • Deliver commercially sound, tailored HR advice across all sectors. • Utilize our comprehensive 1‑to‑1 mentoring, coaching, and support package.
Qualifications
• Experienced and qualified HR Professional (CIPD qualification preferred). • Authorised to live and work in the United Kingdom. • Proven senior HR experience; able to operate at a Director level. • Strong consulting, communication, and business development skills.
