Salary starting from £26,339.04 up to £32,540.82 per annum
Rotating shift patterns of 3 on 4 off, including both day and night shifts.

We’re looking for people that can:
* Contribute to the successful running of the production operation, helping us meet and beat our daily plans;
* Operate equipment efficiently and manage shift handovers effectively;
* Take prompt action to prevent accidents and near misses and have a strong awareness of health and safety;
* Maintain equipment to the highest of cleanliness standards, using dedicated CIP set as and when necessary;
* Work closely with a range of colleagues including engineering to minimise machine downtime in order to meet the production plan;
* Ensure compliance documentation is completed accurately and correctly;
* Seek ways to continually improve activities to improve safety and increase cost efficiencies.

* Have a proactive approach towards work and be able to work independently with minimum supervision;
* Have good communication skills and be a team player;
* Be computer literate in order to operate machinery and systems;
* Be prepared to work shifts.
