Workshop Operative – Bedford, UK
Aliaxis is looking for a proactive Workshop Operative to join our Bedford site. The role involves manufacturing scheduled work orders, managing stock accurately, and supporting continuous improvement across operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate machinery in line with Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) policies
* Maintain quality and productivity standards
* Accurately update production data in AX system
* Support stock checks and warehouse procedures
* Collaborate with team members to drive success
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
* Understanding of Health & Safety procedures
* Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Willingness to work at height and in varying conditions
* Commitment to training and development
