Windows 11 Deployment Engineer - Washington - Tyne & Wear
Role: Windows 11 Deployment Engineer
Duration: 8th Dec - 16th Dec
Clearance: BPSS, NPPV OR SC
Hours: Monday-Friday, standard 8-hour day
Key Responsibilities:
* Meet users in pre-booked 30-minute session
* Swap devices, complete scripted checks, confirm successful handover
* Ensure new device boots, connects, and functions correctly
* Collect and record return of old devices
* Escalate any issues to on-site technical support
Ideal Experience:
* Previous desktop support, floorwalking, or device-deployment experience
* Strong interpersonal skills and customer confidence
* Comfortable working in structured, high-throughput environments
