What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting the class teacher with lessons and daily activities
Working 1:1 or in small groups with pupils, including those with ALN (Additional Learning Needs)
Delivering targeted interventions to support academic progress
Creating a positive, safe and engaging learning environment
Assisting with classroom organisation and preparation of resources
What We’re Looking For:
Caring, enthusiastic and dedicated individuals
A genuine interest in supporting children’s learning and development
Experience with ALN is helpful but not essential
Strong teamwork and communication skills
A proactive and adaptable attitude
