Logistics Coordinator
Location: Pucklechurch (BS16)
Pay: 14.53 per hour
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (8:00am - 4:30pm)
Start Date: ASAP (temp to perm)
About the Role
We are recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator to join a growing and fast-paced transport operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in logistics, transport, or administration who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and expanding business.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, supporting drivers, and maintaining accurate records across the transport function.
Key Responsibilities
* Inputting data accurately and updating internal systems
* Collating and printing invoices for drivers
* Preparing and organising driver paperwork for the next day
* Supporting day-to-day logistics operations, including checking vehicle and tyre records
* Reviewing transport plans and schedules
* Carrying out general office administration tasks
About You
* Strong Excel skills and confidence using office software
* Previous experience in transport, logistics, or administrative roles (e.g., clerk, planner, admin)
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn and progress
