Learning Support Assistant – Secondary School (Folkestone) Location: Folkestone, Kent Pay: £110 – £120 per day Secondary schools in Folkestone are seeking Learning Support Assistants to support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development. Key Responsibilities: Support pupils with learning difficulties and behavioural needs Work alongside teachers to adapt resources and activities Provide targeted intervention support where required Promote inclusion and positive learning experiences Assist with classroom routines and transitions Monitor and record pupil progress Requirements: Experience in education, SEN, or care settings Understanding of secondary school expectations Calm, consistent, and nurturing approach All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
