Skills and Experience:
* Strong leadership and team management skills in the automotive or related industry
* Proven ability to deliver high customer satisfaction and effective management
* Motivational coaching approach to team development and training
* Experience with health and safety compliance standards
* Track record of managing high sales turnover and KPIs
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* IT proficiency with a willingness to learn in-house systems
* Good time management skills
* Valid driving license
