My Client based in Loughborough is looking for a dynamic and confident person to join their National Accounts team as a Key Account Co-ordinator.
Loughborough based - Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00.
As a Key Account Co-ordinator you will be accountable for :
* Managing the performance of major accounts
* Attending client facing meetings
* Identify opportunities to enhance the service delivery
* Ensuring the CRM systems are up to date
* Ensure Performance metrics are met
* Accurate invoicing
* Monitoring numerous customer specific inboxes
* Maintaining customer web based portals
* Uploading of worksheets and/or complaints
* Resolving queries and/or complaints
* Be point of escalation for own accounts
