1. Location: Leeds (1 Canal Place, 2nd Floor, LS12 2DU)
2. Salary: £27,500 – £29,500 (DOE)
3. Hours: Monday – Friday | 08:00 – 17:00
4. Driving Licence: Preferred

Are you a confident communicator with a background in admin, customer service and compliance?
We’re hiring a Resourcing & Compliance Consultant to join our vibrant Leeds team. This is a people-focused role where you’ll support our recruitment consultants by finding, engaging, and coordinating top talent — and helping candidates land great opportunities in the market.
Whether you’ve worked in recruitment or you're looking to break in, we’ll provide full training, career progression, and the chance to make a real impact with what you do.
What You’ll Be Doing
5. You’ll work closely with our consultants to manage the candidate journey from start to finish, alongside this, ensuring all branch admin and compliance is completed and adhered too.
Sourcing & Screening
6. Find and engage candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, social media & referrals
7. Review CVs and carry out initial screenings/interviews
8. Manage candidate check-ins and keep relationships warm
Admin & Compliance
9. Ensure all documentation meets compliance (RTW checks, GDPR, TOB’s etc.)
10. Maintain accurate candidate records and systems
11. Support onboarding and HR documentation where needed
Coordination & Support
12. Schedule interviews and liaise with clients and candidates
13. Gather and share feedback post-interview
14. Provide general support to consultants and the branch team
Market Insight & Lead Support
15. Research industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity
16. Identify potential business leads and support consultants in lead generation
17. Share high-quality candidates with potential clients
What We’re Looking For
We’re open to a range of backgrounds — what matters most is attitude and adaptability:
18. Experience in customer service, administration and compliance.
19. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
20. Confident using systems and digital tools (ATS, CRM, Job boards)
21. Positive, proactive and organised
22. A full UK driving licence is preferred (for potential client/candidate visits)
(Recruitment experience is a bonus, but not essential — we’ll teach you the rest)
