Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer assistance in Irish, ensuring all queries are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and updates to support customers efficiently.
- Engage in training opportunities to continuously improve skills and service techniques.
- Fluency in Irish (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and a dedication to providing excellent customer support.
- Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations and manage conflicts effectively.
- Willingness to relocate and adapt to a new environment in Sofia, Bulgaria.
