This hands-on role involves streamlining administrative processes, implementing new policies and procedures, and driving operational improvements to enhance profitability. Key Responsibilities:
* Diary management for MD and contractors
* Liaising with clients to provide quotations and estimates
* Scheduling jobs with clients and contractors
* Communicating with suppliers and managing orders
* Ensuring all contractor paperwork is fully compliant
* Creating reports using Excel
* Producing and issuing invoices to clients
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the construction industry, be confident with scheduling jobs and contracts, and proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
