Company Description
Based in Broadway in the Cotswolds, Little Soap Company is a BCorp™ certified brand dedicated to creating high-quality, cruelty‑free, vegan, and natural soap products. Rigidly believing the business of a business is to improve the world, Emma, the founder of Little Soap Company, took her concept of making pure, natural soap available to the masses from the kitchen table in 2008, bringing the first organic soaps to supermarket shelves where they've remained since 2010. The brand is stocked nationwide in retailers including Waitrose & Partners, Sainsbury's, Boots and Tesco, with one bar sold every 23 seconds across the UK.
The team works remotely, with a small office in Broadway available for hot‑desking and a base for content creation. The team fully comes together quarterly for Team Away Days in the Cotswolds, which you would be required to join.
