Marketing Co-ordinator Location: Leeds (Hybrid – 4 days office / 1 day home) Howard James Recruitment is recruiting for a Marketing Co-ordinator to join a well-established UK-based organisation with a strong national presence. This role offers a great opportunity for a marketing professional to support a busy and varied marketing function, working across multiple channels and stakeholder groups. The Role The Marketing Co-ordinator will support all aspects of B2B marketing, coordinating a wide range of activities including internal and external communications, marketing materials, digital content, events and point of sale assets. Key Responsibilities * Liaise with external agencies such as designers, printers and photographers to deliver marketing and promotional materials * Proofread marketing content prior to distribution or print * Write clear and engaging copy for marketing materials, newsletters, emails and social media * Create artwork for adverts, brochures, flyers and point of sale materials using Adobe InDesign, working to set templates and brand guidelines * Produce launch packs and internal briefing documents for new initiatives * Maintain customer databases, mailing lists and online directories * Support website and social media content updates in collaboration with the digital team * Manage and organise the company image library, ensuring content is accurate and up to date * Assist with the planning and delivery of exhibitions, events and conferences * Carry out market research to identify trends, competitor activity and commercial opportunities * Support wider teams with presentations, reviews and internal communications * Ensure meeting rooms and presentation areas are well maintained and up to date * Provide general administrative support to the marketing team * Undertake additional duties as required by senior management * Ensure compliance with all health & safety, quality and HR policies Requirements * Previous experience in a marketing or marketing support role * Strong written communication and proofreading skills * Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign * Excellent organisation and attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines * Must have the right to work in the UK Working Pattern * Hybrid working: 4 days office-based, 1 day from home Benefits * Private healthcare after 6 months’ service * Pension scheme * Staff discount scheme * Parking available nearby
