We are currently recruiting for a Training Administrator on behalf of our client, a global leader in food manufacturing.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual to support training compliance and development across multiple sites within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job Description
As a Training Administrator, you will play a key role in managing training systems, maintaining accurate records, and supporting training plans to ensure compliance with company standards and external regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and update Learning Management Systems (LMS), including SuccessFactors
* Maintain accurate and audit-ready training records and documentation
* Analyse training data and produce reports to identify gaps and priorities
* Support the development and implementation of site training plans
* Liaise with managers and external training providers
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and external audit requirements
* Support audits and address training-related non-compliance
* Assist with continuous improvement and digital training initiatives
Requirements
* Previous experience in an administrative or training support role
* Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS)
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Good data analysis and reporting skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Desirable:
* Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
* Experience supporting audits or compliance processes
Location
* Based in Whittlesey
* Travel to Wombourne required, once a month with an overnight stop. Also possible trips to Scarborough for training. Fully expensed.
