THE ROLE
As an Analytics Analyst, you’ll deliver meaningful insights across a mix of strategic and operational projects. Whether it’s a quick-turnaround deep dive or a dashboard to monitor performance, your work will directly shape business decisions. You’ll work with stakeholders across the business, using your analytical skills to translate data into action.
Key responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality analysis to support strategic and commercial decision-making
* Lead ad hoc projects and performance tracking initiatives using customer, product, pricing, and commercial data
* Clean, transform, and interpret complex and imperfect datasets
* Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualise key metrics
* Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights
* Advocate for data quality improvements and support the onboarding of new data sources
* Contribute to a culture of curiosity, learning, and collaboration within the team
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
* 2+ years’ experience in an analytical role
* Comfortable working with varied datasets, particularly customer and commercial data
* Strong data manipulation and problem-solving abilities
* Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI or Tableau experience is a plus
* Strong communicator with a desire to develop business acumen and storytelling skills
* Naturally curious, proactive, and collaborative in approach
