Halliwell Jones Wilmslow is looking for an Aftersales Customer Advisor. Your role Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of completed Vehicle Health Checks within the set timescales. Exceed customer expectations in their aftersales experience with us. Update customers with progress on their vehicle as well as ensuring authorisation for additional work and making follow-up calls. Liaise with Sales, Workshop and Parts departments to keep track of vehicle progress and ensuring customer vehicles are ready on time. Your profile Proven ability to effectively sell additional products or services. Possess some understanding of automotive systems and components, e.g. Drive and RTC plus any additional systems required to fulfil the role. Familiarity with manufacturer repair times and industry standards. Well organised and proactive with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
