The Role
* Deliver engaging, high-quality English lessons to KS3 and KS4 learners.
* Plan, prepare, and assess work in line with the national curriculum.
* Support pupils in achieving their target grades, including focused exam preparation.
* Contribute positively to the wider school community, including extracurricular opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
* Has experience teaching English at secondary level.
* Demonstrates strong classroom management, communication, and organisational skills.
* Is committed to supporting young people, boosting attainment, and fostering a love of learning.
