Job Description:
The role of the Imagery Producer is to manage all briefs coming in, work going through, and final jobs coming out of the Image team.
Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite in a week
This includes 3D CG Stills, Animation, 2D Illustration, Photography, and Retouching, all specialist areas requiring a dedicated point of contact for the team. To ensure team efficiency, this role requires a very organized and methodical individual with strong communication skills, comfortable planning and managing multiple jobs simultaneously.
The goal is to support all clients across all media globally. This role demands high competency in managing and multitasking projects with broad deadlines and requirements. Effective planning, record-keeping, proactive organization based on business needs, and clear communication with stakeholders are essential. Regular updates with Commercial/Project Managers, Image Team Leaders, and the Head of Art are required to maintain workflow and quality standards.
Accountabilities:
* Take briefs from any business area, plan, and oversee delivery of all image assets
* Develop positive relationships within the team to foster an expert environment
* Understand client challenges to gauge priorities
* Contribute to team strategy and planning discussions
* Maintain regular contact with Creative and Commercial Managers during imagery development
* Assess the feasibility of creative work based on requirements, time, and resources
* Learn client systems, review, and production processes
* Ensure work progresses on time and within budget, with clear status updates
* Motivate team members during high-pressure periods
* Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and quality of briefs
* Coordinate with brief owners to ensure all assets are available
* Act as communication liaison between the Image team and other departments
* Manage accounts system, raising PO’s for outsourced or freelance imagery
* Ensure estimates are approved before work starts
* Issue invoices promptly and accurately
Skills:
This position requires at least 3+ years of planning and project management experience, preferably within a CG/Photography environment. An interest in CG and photography is beneficial. Willingness to learn software used within the team to better understand timings and processes is advantageous. Personal qualities include decision-making ability, excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, composure under pressure, proactivity, a positive attitude, and a 'can-do' approach.
