Key Responsibilities
* Conduct property viewings with prospective students, answer enquiries, follow up
* Perform scheduled and unscheduled inspections (opening, mid-term, exit)
* Log condition reports, maintenance requests, tenant concerns into CRM
* Liaise with the office manager on repairs, emergency calls, and landlord requests
* Ensure properties are "tenant-ready" before move-in
* Monitor tenant conduct, compliance with tenancy terms, and flag issues
* Support tenant onboarding (key handover, initial checks)
* Help with marketing support (photos, property descriptions, open homes)
* Assist with periodic compliance checks (smoke alarms, detectors) during inspections
* Upload inspection and inventory reports to CRM.
Required Skills & Experience
* 1+ years in property management, lettings, or related role
* Good knowledge of UK tenancy law and basic compliance (smoke alarms, safety checks)
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Comfortable working independently, visiting properties across Lancaster
* Good IT skills and competency with CRMs and databases
* Trustworthiness, reliability, professionalism
Desirable
* Experience in student accommodation
* Ability to work extended hours during changeovers
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
