About the role Neighbourhood Managers are at the frontline of our housing service, taking ownership of a patch and delivering a fair, responsive and consistent service. You'll be a visible presence in the community, building trusted relationships and acting as a key ambassador - managing everything from anti-social behaviour and safeguarding concerns to community initiatives and enforcement where needed. It's a varied, people focused role that calls for empathy, resilience and confident decision making. No two days are the same - and that's exactly what makes the role so rewarding.
