Ecology has a fantastic opportunity for a Product and Proposition Manager - Mortgages to join a team that is committed to offering exceptional products that make a real difference to people's lives. What will I be doing? The Product and Proposition Manager (Mortgages) will support the development and management of our mortgage product offerings. You will work closely with the Senior Product & Proposition Manager (Mortgages) to analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitor offerings to help enhance our mortgage portfolio while maintaining compliance and aligning with business objectives. We are looking for an excellent communicator who has the ability to manage multiple projects at once, with high attention to detail. This role is suited to someone with previous experience in the mortgage field, who is passionate about making a difference in the world of sustainable finance. Ideally you would have some knowledge of Consumer Duty principles, and experience working with key stakeholders across different teams and levels, with a customer-centric approach.
