We provide a subscription-based SaaS platform to plumbers and heating engineers across the UK and beyond, from sole traders to large commercial operations. Demand for our platform is accelerating and we are now investing heavily in structured, performance-driven digital marketing to fuel the next stage of growth.
This is not a maintenance marketing role. This is a build-and-scale role.

The Role
As Brand Manager, you will take ownership of our digital marketing function with a strong SaaS growth focus.
You will be responsible for driving measurable customer acquisition, improving conversion rates, strengthening brand positioning and supporting long-term customer retention.
You will report directly to the CEO and will have significant autonomy and responsibility. You will also manage and coordinate external marketing agencies and specialist partners to ensure performance, alignment and return on investment.
This role is full time (40 hours per week) and based in East Lancashire with hybrid working available.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a clear digital and traditional marketing strategy aligned with revenue targets
* Drive subscription growth through structured and measurable campaigns
* Optimise marketing funnels from awareness through to paid subscription and retention
* Monitor and improve core SaaS metrics including cost per acquisition, conversion rates and customer lifetime value
Performance Marketing
* Oversee and optimise PPC campaigns across Google, Bing and paid social platforms
* Manage digital marketing budgets with a strong ROI focus
* Continuously test, refine and improve performanceDevelop and implement SEO strategy to improve organic visibility
* Manage and optimise website content and landing pages
* Improve conversion rates through structured testing and data analysis
* Lead digital content strategy including blogs, case studies, landing pages and email campaigns
* Strengthen brand positioning within the heating and software sectors
* Ensure messaging is commercially sharp and aligned with our target market
Agency Management
* Manage and hold external marketing agencies accountable for performance
* Set clear KPIs and reporting standards
* Ensure alignment between internal sales objectives and external marketing activity
Analytics & Reporting
* Use analytics tools to track performance and report clearly to the CEO
* Conduct competitor and market research to identify growth opportunities
What We Are Looking For
* Experience in a marketing role at Marketing Executive level or above
* Strong experience in digital and performance marketing
* Experience within a SaaS or subscription-based business preferred
* Confident managing external agencies and holding partners accountable
* Solid understanding of PPC, SEO, content marketing and email marketing
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data commercially
* Clear, confident communicator comfortable working directly with senior leadership
