About the Role As an Experienced Social Worker, you’ll: * Deliver high-quality assessments and interventions for children and families. * Manage a varied caseload within a supportive, restorative practice framework. * Build meaningful relationships with children, carers, and professionals. * Work collaboratively with partners across education, health, and police to achieve positive outcomes. * Contribute to service development and model best practice. What We’re Looking For * Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England. * Completion of your ASYE and post-qualification experience in children’s services. * Strong understanding of the Children Act 1989, safeguarding procedures, and care planning. * Excellent communication, decision-making, and relationship-building skills.
