Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Support the development and optimisation of industrial manufacturing processes used at global scale
Apply experimental methods, measurement techniques, and data analysis to identify trends and process improvements
Contribute to the development of new products and process technologies
Analyse quality, performance, and robustness parameters to improve consistency and efficiency
Work on R&D projects managed through structured stage-gate frameworks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and engineering
Develop the technical capability to lead process development projects over time
Contribute innovative thinking to solve complex, real-world manufacturing challenges
Experience & Profile
PhD or Masters degree in a physical science, materials science, mechanical engineering, or related discipline
Strong analytical mindset with proven data analysis capability
Practical problem-solver with a hands-on approach to experimentation
Clear communicator, able to work effectively in collaborative technical teams
Interest in innovation, advanced manufacturing, and process technology
Experience in industrial manufacturing or process development is beneficial but not essential
Willingness to travel internationally as required
