💡 The Role
As Project Manager, you’ll lead the project from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring it’s delivered safely, on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard. You’ll manage the site team, coordinate with design and commercial leads, and act as the key client point of contact.
📋 Responsibilities include:
* Full responsibility for project delivery on a £15M new build scheme
* Overseeing site operations, health & safety, and quality assurance
* Managing programmes, budgets, and subcontractor performance
* Coordinating with design, commercial, and client teams
