The Role
* Estate and succession planning for individuals and families
* Asset and wealth protection advice
* Drafting and advising on onshore trusts
* Preparing tax-efficient wills, including trust structures
* Probate and estate administration matters
* Court of Protection work
* Powers of attorney
* Acting for individuals, families, trustees and private wealth advisers
* Exposure to national and international private client matters
Candidate Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
* Minimum of 4 years’ PQE within private client law
* Strong technical foundation with a willingness to develop expertise
* STEP membership advantageous but not essential
