As our Amazon SEO Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our digital strategy, working dynamically within our innovative L'Oréal UK team. Each day will bring new challenges and opportunities to elevate our brands across Amazon. You’ll be a key player, working with our sales, marketing and media teams, refining cutting‑edge strategies and maximising our products' visibility.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Strategise & innovate: Dive deep into data, developing and refining Amazon SEO strategies that align with broader sales and marketing objectives.
* Optimise for impact: Own and optimise ASINs using Amazon Tech's Opportunity Finder to achieve maximum traffic and conversion.
* Content excellence: Act as the bridge between brands and content agencies, managing feedback loops to ensure Amazon‑specific content deliverables are exceptional and engaging.
* Brand store wizardry: Craft and optimally configure brand stores and product listings (CPLs) to create immersive shopping experiences.
* Agency collaboration: Align closely with search activation agencies, driving organic Share of Voice (SOV) and staying ahead in a fast‑paced environment.
* Analytical prowess: Analyse performance with Amazon Tech and PacVue, developing SEO tactics that complement paid campaigns and boost overall visibility.
* Testing & learning: Conduct A/B tests to pinpoint content relevancy and share best practices across the organisation.
* Customer insights: Monitor review ratings on key product lines, turning feedback into actionable insights for product development.
* Cross‑functional synergy: Partner with Media & trading teams, contributing expertise to define macro strategies that drive business growth.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Content Development Expertise: Demonstrated experience in creating and optimising high‑quality engaging content with a sharp eye for SEO best‑practice on Amazon.
* SEO mastery: Deep and comprehensive understanding of keyword research, on‑page optimisation, and content management specific to Amazon.
* Digital performance marketing skills: Hands‑on‑experience in planning, executing, and optimising successful digital campaigns.
* Proficiency in SEO tools: Strong command of industry‑standard tools such as Search Frequency Report, PacVue, and Amazon AMS/vendor central.
* Strong communication skills: Ability to influence, persuade, and build robust relationships across all levels of a complex organisation.
* Solution‑oriented mindset: proactive approach to problem‑solving, coupled with resilience to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly evolving situations.
