An exciting opportunity has arisen at Swindon Bridgemead Vets for Pets for a Veterinary Receptionist to join our friendly and welcoming team.

What your typical day will look like:
1. Providing outstanding service to our clients while ensuring the highest standard of care for their pets, acting as a key link between clients and the clinical team
2. Building strong, positive relationships with clients, their pets, and your colleagues
3. Ensuring every client visit is a positive experience, so clients leave feeling confident, supported, and happy to return
4. Greeting clients warmly and offering support, guidance, and clear, accurate information
5. Managing payments and confidently booking future appointments
6. Coordinating the smooth day-to-day running of the practice using our online booking system, so strong computer skills are essential
Full or part-time hours available, working up to 40 hours per week Monday to Friday (Possibility of Saturday hours in the future)

8. The ability to provide accurate guidance by staying up to date with practice services and additional offerings
9. A calm, attentive approach with a strong focus on client needs
10. Enthusiasm, drive, and a genuine passion for customer service and animal care
11. Emotional resilience to support clients during difficult moments, as well as share in joyful milestones such as a puppy’s first visit
12. A positive, engaging personality that helps create a warm and welcoming atmosphere within the practice
