To be successful as an Operations Manager, you should have experience with:
* Operational Management (minimum Team Leader position)
* Previous leadership experience
* Acting as a point of contact for stakeholders and within the team
* Managing teams with a strong leadership track record
* Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Working under pressure

Purpose of the role

Accountabilities
* Identifying trends and opportunities for process improvement through data analysis
* Managing operations to promote efficient processes, risk management, and compliance
* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support operations and align with bank objectives and SLAs
* Managing and developing operational professionals, providing guidance and coaching
* Developing KPIs to measure operational effectiveness, utilizing data and technology
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and policies related to customer experience
* Creating a safe environment for colleagues to speak up, encouraging feedback
* Managing attrition and implementing retention initiatives in partnership with HR
