High-quality customer experience is important for this role; you’ll be dealing with telephone and email enquiries, talking to clients/suppliers and internal colleagues about their issues, answering their questions and recommending options of resolution or forwarding them to the account manager. You will prove your ability to think quickly, solve problems and identify opportunities to enhance their customer experience. Your can-do attitude and the desire to provide outstanding service will ensure full customer satisfaction.
