Are you ready to lead a vibrant, values-driven team that is transforming young people's access to mental health support? This is your chance to step into a leadership role that combines purpose, influence, and people-first practice.
As our Team Leader, you will provide day-to-day leadership to a talented team within our Mental Health Support Team (MHST) in schools across the area. You will support practitioners to deliver safe, effective interventions while also shaping how we collaborate with schools and partners to meet local needs.
This role is suited for someone who thrives on variety and challenge. You will guide clinical decision-making, oversee risk management, and help embed inclusive, evidence-based practice in everything we do. You will not just manage, but also mentor, develop, and champion the people around you.
You will join a service that listens, adapts, and stays focused on what really matters—supporting children and young people to feel safe, supported, and empowered.
If you want to grow your leadership career, inspire a passionate team, and help shape the future of children's and young people's mental health, this is the role for you.
About You
