We are seeking a proactive and organised Administrator / Junior Sales Trainer to join our Northern team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills in the kitchen retail sector and to support with training events within a professional and high end kitchen studio. The successful candidate will assist in daily administrative tasks while supporting the Northern Training Manager through training and development. A keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for learning are essential for this position.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support for the wider Northern team, including managing internal diaries, bookings and training events
* Assist in facilitating weekly training sessions for new and existing customers and consumers
* Contribute to the development of training programmes by gathering feedback and taking notes to log in our internal communication systems
* Assist with showroom upkeep, maintaining stock levels and ensuring high showroom standards are met
Skills
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently as well as alongside the Northern Training Manager
* Eagerness for development and to learn about the kitchen business as a whole
* Previous experience within the Kitchen Retail sector is Preferred but not essential as training will be provided on site for an enthusiastic candidate
* A positive attitude with a proactive approach to maintaining our high standards and strive for personal development
