If so, Cox Motor Group have an exciting new opportunity for an Apprentice Sales Administrator based at our busy dealerships in Blackpool.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has displayed interested in the administration sector, with GCSEs, at college or sixth form.

We are looking for people who share our passion for our brands. All employees play a vital part in putting the customer first, delivering a great customer experience.

As a company focused on training our employees, we would look to help the apprentice in their development toward their accountancy qualifications on a day release college course.

Apprentice Sales Administrator

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator for their busy Blackpool Honda Dealership. This job role provides full administrative support to the busy sales team, processing documents, registering vehicles and liaising with customers when necessary, to ensure a smooth transaction takes place. On a daily basis, your duties will involve:

As an Apprentice Sales Administrator, you will develop within your role with the responsibilities of:

* Locating and ordering vehicles

* Vehicle invoicing

* Registration of new cars

* Maintaining full and accurate stock reports

* Sales team support and communication

* Ensuring all documentation relating to vehicle delivery is completed accurately and on time

* Any ad hoc administrative tasks

* Organised, methodical and disciplined

* Possess excellent attention to detail whilst complying with time restraints

* IT literate and have good computer skills

* Have good written and verbal communication skills

* Have some relevant experience in the sales administrator role

* A professional approach and attitude is essential
