You will be working for a market leader that has exclusive partnerships with schools across Sussex. Hays Education has various teaching opportunities with our Partnership Schools across Sussex. These opportunities are on a permanent, long-term, or daily supply basis. Due to an increase in demand from schools in your local area, we are looking for experienced primary teachers to fill the multiple positions available.
Your new role
You will have the opportunity to work in a role that is flexible around your needs and teaching style. Working for Hays Education allows you to work on a full-time or part-time basis to suit your commitments. As a Hays Education Teacher, you will be able to work in a variety of schools, from small village schools to large, multi-form entry schools.
What you'll need to succeed
* Qualified teacher status, or be working towards completing your induction year.
* Recent classroom experience within the last five years and familiarity with recent curriculum changes.
* A creative and positive attitude, able to adapt to new environments and situations, while maintaining professionalism.
* Strong classroom management skills with the ability to adapt to unfamiliar plans and timetables.
* Good communication skills, essential for interacting with TAs and school staff.
