This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established business, supporting on some reputable local projects. The Contracts Administrator is a key role for the business. You will be responsible for providing administrative support from start to finish on key projects, collating documents and reports, assisting with compliance, and providing a main point of contact for various departments. Duties of this role include: Managing the internal system, ensuring all project documents are filed correctly, client accounts are regularly updated, and records are maintained. Assisting with the preparation of site files and manuals, ensuring all necessary documentation is correct and accounted for, and readily available for relevant stakeholders. Co-ordinating travel and accommodation, such as car hire, flights, etc. Working closely with sub-contractors, confirming time sheets and answering general queries. Upholding effective communication between internal departments to ensure a smooth flow to daily operations. High level of attention to detail and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, varied role. The Right Person for this role will have previous experience working in a similar position and be well accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment. You will pride yourself on your ability to co-ordinate effectively and have excellent organisational skills. Strong IT skills are essential for this role and construction industry experience is desirable. The Package for this role includes a competitive salary ranging from £28000- £32000, dependant on experience, with Monday-Friday working hours, and on-site parking available.
