The Role We’re looking for a Mobile Phone Repair Technician with experience in re-lamination or regassing to help refurbish and restore smartphones to factory quality. You’ll be part of a high-volume, production-line environment, working alongside other skilled technicians to deliver outstanding results and drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Perform repair and refurbishment work such as re-lamination, screen bonding, glass replacement, or regassing. Work effectively in a production-line setting to meet quality and output targets. Train and mentor junior or entry-level technicians. Lead small teams and perform quality checks on completed repairs. Communicate clearly with management (written and spoken English required). Suggest and implement improvements to increase efficiency and throughput. What We’re Looking For Experience in mobile phone repair or electronics refurbishment. Confidence working in one or more key stages of a 10-step production process. Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship. Ability to train, guide, and motivate others. A humble, team-focused attitude — no egos, just collaboration and growth.
